Yes, we provide transportation for medical purposes, including doctor appointments, hospital visits, and other social appointments that are included in your Health Insurance Benefits.

For any questions regarding qualifications, please contact your insurance company, they will be able to help you out with any questions regarding benefits that you or your family members qualify for.

On the back of all the insurance cards there should be a phone number for customer service, they can help you with booking appointments and making sure that someone will be available to pick you up for your appointments in case you need them. 

We recommend scheduling transportation at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. 

We are based in Hazleton Pennsylvania (Luzerne County) and we travel anywhere in Pennsylvania that you need to go to for your appointments.

Unfortunately, we are only equipped with Wheelchair accessible vehicles and regular vehicles for Ambulatory services.

As of right now we are only focused on Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services, providing a safe and comfortable and on-time ride for all our members to and from their medical appointments.
